From this page you can add new coupons and manage the existing ones. By using coupons you can run promotions for your products and offer discounts to your buyers.
When adding a new coupon you have the following options:
- Coupons number - how many coupons should be generated
- Coupon name - just in case you wish to add a distinctive name to your coupon. The coupons number must be 1 (one) if you wish to set the naming yourself.
- Product - for which product(s) should this coupon be effective
- Assign to group(s) - which group(s) of members can use this coupon
- Description - this is a short description used only for admins and who ever has access to manage the coupon. Just for a better understanding.
- Status - the status of this coupon (active/inactive)
- Usage count - how many times can this coupon be used
- Member usage - how many times can this coupon be used by a member
- Discount - what amount should this coupon cut from the total amount. Can be a percentage too.
- Availability - you can set a date range, date start or date end for this coupon. The coupon will become expired or inactive if outside your date limits.
